Refund Policy

OrbitReviewer is a digital service activated after a verified payment. If you were charged but your account was not activated, contact us with your Razorpay payment reference so we can investigate.

Eligible refund requests should be submitted promptly through the contact page. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

Duplicate verified payments will be reviewed and refunded where confirmed.
